Our Team

Per Casey, President/CEO

Per has over 13 years experience helping law firms and other types of organizations achieve their goals with web technology and digital marketing. As Tenrec's primary strategist, Per is responsible for directing Tenrec's projects and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Per has collaborated with dozens of law firms on their web technology projects. A brief list of the firms he’s worked with includes:

Mike Ingala, Director of Technical Services

Mike Ingala is Tenrec's key technical resource and a top-notch web programmer. Having spent six years at Mentor Graphics in Portland, Oregon serving as senior web developer and team lead, Mike has broad experience in creating business critical web applications. Mike plays a role in nearly every project Tenrec executes, acting as the lead programmer or as a technical advisor for the design and development team.

Holly Nelson, Sr. Project Manager

With over 15 years experience managing websites for Fortune 500 firms, start ups and her own company, Holly brings a wide variety of skills needed to effectively manage business web projects. Since the inception of interactive media to the growing social media trends, Holly has worked with Internet technologies to forward business objectives and create innovative online campaigns.

She understands the big picture and is able to translate a complicated project into an actionable plan and move it forward. Her experience in design, team management and interactive business initiatives enable her to wear all the hats needed to communicate clearly across many teams and departments. Her attention to detail keeps things on track and launching successfully.

Holly received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon, and her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Southern California.

Ty Emanuel, Client Services and QA Manager

Ty has been working with Tenrec for over eight years and directs our client services and quality assurance programs. Over the years, Ty has developed a discerning eye for code and design discrepancies across the various browsers. In addition to his excellent eye for detail, Ty has developed a thorough QA process which he applies to all our projects, ensuring they are error-free prior to launch.

Greg Clapp, Sr. Web Developer

Greg is Tenrec's senior web developer and the lead programmer working on Darwin SM. Greg boasts extensive experience in object-oriented programming for the Web and has worked with a long list of programming languages and development platforms. Prior to working at Tenrec, Greg was a web developer with WaMu in Seattle, WA.

Casey Krimmel, Designer and HTML/CSS Engineer

Casey is Tenrec’s interface expert. A graphic designer by training, Casey brings advanced HTML coding skills to Tenrec’s project team. She takes site designs from their graphical format and turns them into beautiful, interactive web pages that work consistently across all browsers.

Casey received her BFA in Visual Communications from Washington University in St. Louis and moved to Portland, OR soon after. Once in OR, she began studying web design and development in Portland State University’s Multimedia Professional Program.
