Tenrec is a BS-free workplace. We are a dedicated group of web and digital marketing professionals with two goals in mind. The first is helping our clients succeed with their websites and digital marketing efforts. The second is supporting each other and fostering a company culture that values collaboration, respect and transparency.

If you answered yes then the first thing you’ll want to know is that there is no ‘here.’ Tenrec is an all-remote company. Our team members work wherever they are, including Oregon, California, Mexico, Iowa, Missouri and Ukraine.
The second thing to know is that, regardless of what roles are listed as ‘open’ below, we’re interested in you if you have web development, design and maintenance experience. And under the umbrella of ‘maintenance experience’ we lump all manner of services like SEO, PPC, social media marketing, website security, compliance, accessibility and a host of other specialties. If you’re an expert in one of these disciplines (or on your way to becoming one), please reach out to us. We’d like to learn more about you.
And lastly, we are only looking for individual contributors. In other words, please don’t reach out to us on behalf of a company that provides outsourced services for SEO, blog post writing, link building, or offshore software development. We are only in the market for full time, part time or contract-to-hire team members.
