FAQs

How do you handle website emergencies?

We have a defined escalation process for critical incidents and downtime. This process is defined in our Service Level Agreement (“SLA”). High severity issues are addressed immediately and typically resolved within two hours.

How do your website management plans differ?

The primary difference between our website management plans is the number of hours and services included in each. The lowest level plan is designed for law firms with a well-staffed and proactive marketing team. This plan, what we call our Essential Service Plan, is designed to augment that team with the technical services they are not able to provide. Our top level plan, the Total Service Plan, is designed for a firm that has a very lean marketing department and that needs a full breadth of website and digital marketing services.

Can you work with our in-house design team or a third party creative agency?

Yes, Tenrec is always collaborating with our clients’ internal teams and third party providers. We have worked with dozens of law firm marketing teams and contractors over the years and welcome the opportunity to work with your team(s).

Can you handle website replatforms (i.e. changing a website’s CMS)?

Replatforming law firm websites from legacy content management systems (CMS’es) to WordPress is one of Tenrec’s deepest expertise areas. We have moved more than 20 law firm websites to WordPress and have designed a number of processes and procedures to make those projects efficient and successful.

How do you manage website compliance?

Every Tenrec client receives annual reviews of their website(s) security, data privacy and accessibility performance. After reviewing those reports, each client determines the degree to which their firm needs to (or wants to) comply with the relevant guidelines. Based on the client’s direction, Tenrec will remediate the website to meet their goals.
