What’s your experience with ADA lawsuits?

Our team conducts annual WCAG audits, provides clear compliance recommendations, and monitors accessibility on an ongoing basis. While we don't provide legal advice, we work closely with our clients and their legal counsel to address deficiencies and build defensible, inclusive digital experiences.

How often do you update compliance settings?

Compliance settings like cookie preference management, content security headers, and accessibility tracking are reviewed annually as part of every service plan. For SSP and TSP plans, we provide additional monitoring throughout the year, including updates prompted by changes in privacy regulations or accessibility standards.

Do you work with in-house legal or IT teams?

Yes. Collaboration is a core part of our process. We regularly coordinate with legal teams on accessibility, privacy, and retention policies, and with IT departments on infrastructure, DNS, and third-party systems. How quickly can you onboard us?

Most clients are fully onboarded within 2 to 4 weeks. During that time, we perform a full site audit, baseline reviews for accessibility, security, and SEO, and set up your hosting and monitoring tools. Our onboarding is designed to be thorough, collaborative, and fast-moving.
